BlueYield / [redacted] Style Definitions */ BlueHarbor has thoroughly researched the customer’s complaint and concluded that he was given inaccurate information Upon initially receiving the customer’s application, our systems recognized factors in his file that did not fit the auto-approval criteria for the advertised rate A different offer was generated and shared with the customer In our complaint research and with some explanation from the customer, we’ve found that he could qualify for the advertised rate We’ve since offered to obtain this loan for the customer, but the customer found the savings insufficient and subsequently closed the customer file BlueHarbor has taken corrective action to improve the experience of like customers from recurring It is our sincere hope that the customer finds our apology acceptable and will reconsider BlueHarbor for future vehicle financing needs

BlueHarbor has called this customer and attempted to resolve the situation We will gladly work with the customer to request removal of a soft credit inquiry Additionally, we've researching the terms and conditions of the referring partner to ensure that only customers who have
consented to request credit are referred to us

BlueHarbor regrets that this customer had an undesirable experience.  Upon notification of this situation, our Management reviewed the transaction and contacted the customer to offer the correct terms.  We've also reviewed this with the involved associates so situations like this will not...

occur again in the future.

This customer was contacted the same day we were notified of
the complaint. We explained how the customer's
information was referred to us from a Partner where the customer did apply for
multiple quotes. The customer file has
since been closed and we will gladly assist further at the customer's request

BlueHarbor regrets that this customer's experience was not to her satisfaction.  We have attempted to contact the customer to resolve this issue, but have had no success.  It is unlikely that a credit inquiry be removed because a customer has regretted their decision after giving such...

consent.  However, we'd still like to discuss the situation with the customer so we may better understand her perception and see if there is anything we can do to help.
