Please be advised that Mr. [redacted] should contact Optics Planet to discuss obtaining a refund. As Mr. [redacted] acknowledges in his note he purchased the unit from Optics Planet and not A.T.N. Optics Planet has the funds ($495.20) from...

the purchase not A.T.N.
If Mr. [redacted] chooses we would welcome the opportunity to review and work with him to determine what issues (if any) the scope has and rectify them.
However, as stated above if Mr. [redacted] wishes a refund he will need to pursue this with Optics Planet the company whom he purchased the unit from and who holds his funds.

ATN has no offered to fix the problem. They contacted me and said the same things they've been telling me and that is to return the product back to where I bought it from. The problem with this is Optics Planet will not allow the return since it's past their return policy.

Please advise consumer of our efforts to help remedy the situation. His last post of 9/14 does not acknowledge our offer to evaluate and repair scope if needed. Our goal is to ensure Mr. [redacted] has a fully functional unit.
However, again if Mr. [redacted] goal's is to obtain a refund he must pursue this with Optics Planet. This is the retailer where he purchased the unit from. It is with Optics Planet that he made the financial transaction to purchase the scope. It is they who has Mr. [redacted]'s money. Quite simply we do not have Mr. [redacted]'s money to return to him. That would be Optic's Planet.
