I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and though I appreciate receiving the email address to contact the company directly, and the offer to send me a listing of their advertisers, I would prefer that they just IMMEDIATELY AND PERMANENTLY REMOVE MY NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS FROM ANY AND ALL ADVERTISERS WHOM THEY REPRESENT, and to not include them in any dealings with, nor provide them to, any future clients. I have no need for any advertising from anyone who does or will do business with the companyI will only consider a commitment and promise from the company to that effect as acceptable.

Please forward copies of the email you’ve been receiving to
face="Calibri" size="3">[redacted]. That will allow us to identify the customer from which you are receiving email. We will work with the customer to improve their opt-out practices and remove your address from all future mailings from that customer. If you do not have any of the messages you’ve been receiving, we can email you directly with a list of customer accounts for you to choose from which accounts you would like to be removed.
My sincerest apologies for the delay in responding to you and to this complaint. If you could please assist in posting the below message to the individual, it would be greatly appreciated.
“Thank you for contacting us about this matter. We have suppressed your address from future mailings and will follow up with the customer sending you email. Unsubscribe requests can take a few business days to process and any email which was queued for delivery prior to the unsubscribe request being processed will still be delivered.”
