Tried to sell me a rusted new tractor, when confronted took back said tractor, gave back all but the down payment of $2300.00, said check would be sent out on 11/13/17. Today is two weeks, now they refuse to return phone calls at all. They even signed a reciet that states a check would be sent out that day.
