application was properly completed by ***As this was a start up business, having been formed in 2014, *** signed a personal guaranty taking personal responsibility for the obligations of *** *** ***,In the course of Blueline Rental performing its due diligence on the credit worthiness of the business entity and guarantor, we pull business credit reports and business/consumer blended credit reportsOne such report is from *** and is referred to by *** as Business Owner Profile.” This report blends both business data and personal dataBlueline Rental did pull this report and the report score was rated as Low-Medium RiskAppended to the report is a numerical score identified by *** as "Score Plus".*** *** on several occasions asked Blueline Rental to provide that score to himBlueline Rental does not have an obligation to provide scores provided by commercial credit rating agencies, however and since we do adhere to the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, we did provide *** *** with the source of the credit report (***) and ***s contact information should he desire to contact them for further explanationApparently this was not acceptable to *** *** and a complaint was filed with the Revdex.comIn a further effort to provide *** *** with the information he was requesting we contacted *** to discuss their position in providing the "Score Plus” informationTheir response to us was that we are not required to provide Score Plus data and should *** *** wish to gain a better understanding of his score, he should contact *** can be reached through their website at***.com” or through a toll free number at, ###-###-####.Based upon the above BlueLine Rental has not violated *** ***s rights nor is there deemed to be any validity to the complaint filed by *** ***We certainly wish him well and continue to encourage him to contact ***.Should you have any questions, or need any further information, please contact me directly.Sincerely,

May 27, 2014Dear *** ***;I am in receipt of your letter dated May 22, regarding the original complaint *** *** filed with the Revdex.com and his subsequent rejection of our responsePlease note that *** ***s understanding of Blueline Rental, LLCs (Blueline Rental) obligations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act is entirely incorrect and Blueline Rental will not be providing any Subsequent responses,As noted in Blueline Rentals previous response, in performing our due diligence on the credit worthiness of the business entity and guarantor, our credit team pulled business credit reports and business/consumer blended credit reports from *** called "Business Owner Profile.” ***s report score was rated as Low-Medium Risk, Appended to the report is a numerical Score identified by *** as "Score Plus."

I have reviewed the response made by Blue LIne Rental LLC, in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. Our business  have reached a mutually satisfactory agreement with Blue Line Rental LLC.While our business ([redacted]) have not received the compensation offered by Blue Line Rental, we have received  a written verification from Blue Line of this agreement.On the basis of this written verification, I am requesting that our complaint against Blue Line Rental LLC be withdrawn.  Regards,

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I was NEVER told the report they pulled was a "blended report".  I was told they pulled a business report and personal report.  I told them there would be no business credit since this is a new business.  I was then told they pulled my personal credit report and that is what their decision was based on.  This made no sense to me since I have excellent credit.  IT IS LAW to provide my personal credit score IF denied credit.  Now they are stating they didn't pull a personal credit report?  They pulled a blended score plus?  Blueline Rentals need to provide me the blended score plus reference number on the report so I may contact [redacted].
