Review: I have apparently inadvertently signed up for a monthly wireless internet service through the Bluemont Network. I only meant to sign up for service for one day. Regardless, I have tried to cancel this account on several occasions leaving messages with the billing department, account services, and sales. I have tried to speak with an online service agent through their live online chat option but when explaining the problem they stopped responding to my messages during our conversation. I feel I have exhausted all options and they refuse to respond.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of all payments to the Bluemont Network for their refusal to respond to my calls and online chat requests to cancel my account.

On May 8, 2013 I got a voice mail from [redacted] stating that he would like to cancel his service. I immediately called him to personally thank him for being a customer and also to deal if he had other concerns. He confirmed the cancellation however, he did not mention anything about getting a refund.
