Bluemound Animal Hospital

Very dissatisfied with this animal hospital. I took my dog in for a teeth cleaning was asked if I want to be called if any teeth needed to be extracted or leave it up to the Dr. I said I wanted to be called. When I got there to pick him up, his procedure sheet said they had extracted 10 teeth. 10 teeth, why wasn't I called.. Well sometimes they just fall out. Ok, did they charge me for extracting teeth that fell out?! The itemized charge had 12 teeth listed! So I asked was it 10 or 12? Response 12, 10 was a mistake. So does they 12 include those that fell out or is he missing even more? Response.. I don't know I wasn't in the room!
