I am rejecting this response because: The current warranty issues were brought to the builders attention within months of moving in and fall under the original builders warranty and should be handled by the builder. Granted, the builder did send representatives from the installing companies who looked over the requested repairs and agreed they needed to be fixed, those representatives also asked us to contact the builder for updates. This is where it ended and we have received no response from the builder in months regards to the promised repairs. I DO NOT ACCEPT that we should be responsible to deal with the retailers they choose to incorrectly install the requested items in the house that we purchased from them
