The homes were built by Goliath Builders, they have an arrangement with Rockwood Construction to fix warranty itemsRockwood Construction has been in contact with them and has went to the home and repaired items or had a 3rd party do soSome items could require a manufacturer repair which therefore falls under that specific manufacturer
This was a communication error? The home inspector/neighbor said that he would take care of it? We had been under the impression it was taken care of long ago? We will ensure that he takes care of it or we will? We apologize for any frustrationHe had told us it was done multiple timesWe'll see it through and reach out to Tanya and Kory personally.?
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The current warranty issues were brought to the builders attention within months of moving in and fall under the original builders warranty and should be handled by the builder Granted, the builder did send representatives from the installing companies who looked over the requested repairs and agreed they needed to be fixed, those representatives also asked us to contact the builder for updates This is where it ended and we have received no response from the builder in months regards to the promised repairs I DO NOT ACCEPT that we should be responsible to deal with the retailers they choose to incorrectly install the requested items in the house that we purchased from them Sincerely, [redacted] ***
