Review: In Jan. 2014 BLUEPAY co-merged with the credit card processing center that was previously used with our previous business. Our business ended 4/2011 as well as the business checking account that was associated with the credit card processing machine. Each month, the company would draft funds from that account to cover the companies monthly fees for use of the machine.(we owned the machine, did not lease the machine)April 2014 BLUEPAY automatically started a draft from our previous business account that no longer exsist. A total of $59.90 for April and May 2014. Our bank , which we also have a personal acct. with, drafted the fees from our personal account to cover the costs and sent us a letter explaining the situation. According to BLUEPAY, when the companies co-merged, all accounts showed up as ACTIVE even if the companies and accts. associated with no longer excisted. If our "bank" had not informed us or drafted the funds from our personal account, the fees from BLUEPAY would have went to collections!!! BLUEPAY never contacted us TO SEE IF THE BUSINESS WAS OPEN or anything. Just started taking the money!! We are still waiting for a refund to credit to an account that doesn't exsist.(old business acct.) BLUEPAY IS NOT UNDERSTANDING that the account is closed and they need to cut a check or deposit it into a different acct. (personal acct.) THIS HAS BEEN A hugh HEAD ACHE FOR BOTH US AND THE BANK. WARNING to anyone associated with BLUEPAY or any other credit card machine company. CHECK INTO IT OR YOU WILL BE IN THE SAME SITUATION AS WE ARE.Desired Settlement: A refund of the fees drafted totaling $59.90 and assurance that this will not happen again in the future.
