They were dependable in terms of sending people out but very hard to communicate with. We tried to suspend service while our pool was being remodeled (7 week process) and they kept billing us anyway...Getting anything done through their business office is very difficult so we got frustrated and left.

I am so sad to to have to write this horrible review, however we have been dealing with this company through a home warranty for months now. We have given them the benefit of the doubt over and over! [redacted] the one that has the burden of taking and fielding every call does his best to reflect the horrible integrity of the maintenance people, but at some point how many lies and promises can you make? The part is always "on its way"... Never shows up. When they do show up it is the same promise over and over... I know what's wrong but need to order a part. NOTHING EVER GETS FIXED! For your sake avoid them at all cost. We have no choice, our home warranty has chosen them as there pool repair company of choice. I am sure based on cost, you get what you pay for. Cheap labor, cheap service. AVOID!
