I had hired a contractor to repair damages to my roof from a recent hail stormThe contractor we brought on initially walked out on the job and left the job halfway doneProbably the worst nightmare my wife and I could ever have hadA friend of mine gave us Blueprint Builders number they had used them for a siding remodel on their houseI got a hold of the owner John and he came out to our home and looked at the roofHe told me that he could fix the roofHe even corrected the repairs the previous contractor didIf it wasn't for John and his team we would still have half a roofThey were all so helpful and we are grateful to have had them work on our home

I hired Blueprint Builders to repair my roof after a hail stormThey did an amazing job and were very efficient and friendly Customer service was great and they replaced the roof in a timely mannerI even got a personal visit from the Owner himself

I am currently suing *** ***, owner of Blueprint Builders for poor workmanship on my houseHe installed new shingles over wet sheathingMy insurance company paid him to use new sheathing and he did not use it and kept the moneyMy roof looks like crapHe did the same crappy work on my neighbors houseBoth of our houses were damaged in the May Minneapolis tornado
When I tried to stop them from shingling over wet shingles, they told me they do this all the time so insurance companies will pay them twice for the same job
I caught ***'s crew damaging my neighbors house on a Sunday morning 7AM, they told me that they were instructed by *** to make it look like the tornado did it before her insurance adjuster was to come out the next day
Both my neighbor and I fired *** (Blueprint Builders, and *** *** told us that if we fired him he would make it look like we were committing insurance fraud, which he did without any evidence
*** *** had a key to my house when it was robbedThe crooks locked both the front and rear door dead bolts when they leftCoincidence?
*** *** *** ***
