Review: This seller sells refurbished and not working equipment with a very short refund window. It is further aggravated by their slow shipping. By the time, the item arrives, the buyer has less than a week to return it.
In my particular case, I ordered two 2TB hard drives which were both DOA. One of the drives was not even made by the same maker as advertised. Seller repeatedly refused to replace or admit fault.Desired Settlement: I want a refund
