I recently used Blues Bros Construction for a small roof repair. I had previously hired another company that walked off the job. I contacted Blues Bros and they were friendly, service orientated and were able to provide a quote. The prices are competitive and work was completed on time. I would definately use them again.

I hired Blues Brothers after two other companies where not successful in repairing an ongoing roof leak. I showed the Blues Brothers repair person the water stains on the interior of my homes ceiling and informed him of the other failed repairs. With a bit of caution Blues Brothers said they could tackle the repair. After the first rains, the interior of my home was wet again in all the same spots... at a slower pace, yet still wet. To make a long story short, another small attempt was made to address the leak yet it did not help. Then week after week of back and forth disagreements with the owner, [redacted], as to where the water was stemming from. I was giving up hope that Blue Brothers was going to continue with the 6 month warranty given to me. [redacted] finally came to my home to access the situation himself.
[redacted] set an appointment to have his repair person come back to my home. This time they cut a simple hole in the ceiling. With viewable signs of the waters point of entry, the problem area was detected and repaired. Although I though [redacted] let too much time lapse before finally coming out to my home himself, I am thankful for his follow through.

It was a nightmare to say the least! Steve was nice and charming in the beginning when everything was fine...never answered his phone once I needed answers to some questions! His office was quick to refer me to their lawyers!!! Finally, things were settled after my husband filed a complaint to Revdex.com! I have to write email to the "office" (since Steve is no longer available for me to me talk to) to remind them that I wanted resolution on my roofing problem and even paid the last payment just so they can't say that I'm not a responsible person! It took 6 months for a supposedly 4-6 weeks project to be completed!! I'm hoping and praying that I don't have any leaks in the near future so I don't have to deal with Steve again!!!

Blues Brothers Construction Corp did an excellent job with my roof repair. [redacted] proved that he is a notch above the rest with regards to customer service and pricing. I was preparing to change my roof for the last 2 years and patiently shopped around with various companies. Blues Brothers came out the cheapest of them all and [redacted] was very cordial and understanding as we negotiated the contract for the repair.

My roof was done within three days with no headaches or questions which everyone including my neighbours was very surprised at the litlle time it took to get the job done. The office staff which includes Shaye was terrific as as all important documents was sent upon request.

I had Blues Brothers come out to repair my roof and they were prompt, courteous and extremely professional. I obtained 3 estimates, Blues Brothers and one other company were close in price, and the third company was more then double. From the initial estimate to the completion of the work, everything was great. The office staff setting the estimate appointment, the estimator that came out to my house, the workers, the owner....just everyone. It has been approximately a month since the repair was done, and no problems at all. Even if I tried to come up with a complaint, I couldn't. Great Job!! THANK YOU!

Based upon our experience with this company, I highly recommend Blues Brothers for your roofing needs. Communication was great and all expectations were managed and met properly. The timeline was met in a very businesslike manner. This was a most pleasant contracting experience. I wish all contractors were so professional. The process was an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend !!
