On May 14 of this year my husband and I and 2 others took the platinum tour of Graceland with Blues City Tours at 12:00 p.m. They told us to wait to be picked up at a designated spot at either 3 p.m. or 6 p.m. At 5:30 we went to our spot and no bus appeared at 6 p.m. so my husband called them and they said they were on their way. We had to make 2 more phone calls and at 7:15 they finally came to get us. We were reimbursed $20 which they said would have been what we would have paid for a cab.
We don't feel that this was adequate as we wasted at least one hour and 15 minutes waiting to be picked up. It was very frustrating and disappointing.
