I contacted someone from this company through Facebook to get a quote. The person responded and asked for some personal information. They had me sign a contact for security system services. A man named Ryan who stated was a representative contacted me repetitively to the point of it being uncomfortable. We never set-up an installation date and he contacted me on 01/15/2020 stating that I was locked into the contact, although I have not received services or even their equipment, and said that I am obligated to pay 75% of the 36 month costs if I do not install the equipment or obtain their services.

We understand the concern and will do everything we can to make sure this issue gets resolved. The customer initially signed up for the services through a representative that is no longer with our company. During the initial paperwork there are a few things the customer must sign for. This includes the equipment we install, the contract term, and the 3-day notice of cancel which was all signed by ***. If proof of documents is needed, we can provide them. After speaking with the customer, she stated the representative told her that she can back out of the agreement whenever, and there would be no backlash. This is not our protocol, and it seems to be that the former employee was misrepresenting the offer to the potential customer. Whenever this happens it does create some discrepancies and a cause for concern, With all things considered, we will cancel the ***'s contract and not bill her for cancelation of the contract. We understand that there was some misrepresentation in this matter, and we will resolve the issue, We apologize for the inconvenience. Our billing department was doing their automated protocols, and it is hard to account for a sales rep giving wrong information. Thank you for reaching out so we can correct this issue in a timely manner.
