Rest assured that I am 100% certain that this is not a New Unit as advertised on [redacted] Item # XXXXXXXXXXXX for a [redacted] you claim.... This now has been shipped Three Times Once to you (Blue Sky Capital Partners 65 Water Street, STE #2 Worcester Ma.01614)Second to ([redacted] XXXXX) and Myself... Three different [redacted] tags on the Box..... Clearly upon further inspection of this box you can clearly see that the box has been resealed a couple of times. Now this. I can now see why this is DOA.Just to let you know... Just that I called [redacted] After hours, They have determined that this TV is in need of Service Out-of-Box... Don't know if I could possibly leave you + Feedback at this point. Per [redacted] it is totally up to me If I want to send back to you or [redacted] Directly for SERVICE... So at this point I will be out of a TV until repair takes place.... What do we do... I do not want to have to pay Shipping back to you at this point.Event # EXXXXXXXX [redacted] has made offer to make good on this and will be contacting you with the Information I have Provided them. Apparently unit did not work out of box. Buyer contacted [redacted] directly ant they are sending replacement . I personally called [redacted] and confirmed. I tried calling customer on the phone and his number given was out of service. I sent email x 2 to call us. So we could resolve issues to his satisfaction (yesterday). He has not called us back. We don't misrepresent some used as new. As stated [redacted] directly sent unit....the box reads "new" on it. [redacted] has already agreed to replace as the customer chose to call them. He was advised to call me and we would have gladly refunded his money.
