Manufacturers recall do not cover appliance repairLG recall on a/c covers only installation of the fuse, which was completed according the recall documentation by our technician

Repair on customer's refrigerator was completed on 03/**/and warranty claim was closedCustomer has extended warranty agreement with third party and customer never paid us any moneyCustomer was advised by our representative that if problem with refrigerator still persist, they need to
contact extended warranty company to set up service call (that is a procedure they agreed on when signed extended warranty agreement)

If that how you do business, that sad because it's bad business So you could deny it all you want, your tech don't know what he was doing & lied to say my Fridge was fixed.
