my husband had ordered the necklace and one day he was out tending the pasture and had falling and the necklace did not go off, it was a good thing that I was with himhe called and to complain about what happen and they put him off so that the days would laphe had called and they sent him another necklace and it took over about to 1/weeks to get here, he just decided to call and cancel, and after taking out for months they will not give him back the money for both withdrawls they have a days police to cancel anytime with money back garente and he had called in that dayshe noticed that there is no ratings at all and no complaints but he called to complain
