Closed account no reason given
Our experience seems to be like most experiences others are having. We were contacted the day before a long holiday break, that Blue Vine was closing our account, no reason given, and they would mail us a check for the amount in our business account. We were not able to get to funds, log on to our account, use debit card, purchase fuel, food, pay employees, pay bills, nothing. We now get to wait 14 days to see if they actually mailed our funds. We expect there to be excuses given on why we did not receive a check from them. They are crooks , they steal, and use wording in their contracts to manipulate the system and steal from everyone. What a shame that this continues. It destroys lives, and closes small businesses down. Greed , lies , and excuses ...Sound familiar? This financial institution will get what's coming to them. We will continue to work at getting our hard earned money from these thieves and hope everyone reads and learns about Blue Vine and how they are allowed to continue to do what they do. It won't be long before they are finally stopped. Please do not do business with them. We are only trying to help others not become another Blue Vine victim.

Dear Ms***:
Thank you for taking the time to communicate with usWe have carefully reviewed the BlueVine account which was opened for your business, NAR Communications LLC and we are responding to the key points you raised based on our records
As you may recall,
NAR Communications LLC was approved for a BlueVine business line of credit and executed a financing agreement in March (“Financing Agreement”) and subsequently drew funds over a six-month period from that accountHowever, your business failed to make scheduled payments on the outstanding balanceOur records show that our account managers communicated with you hoping to reach an agreement that would allow the business to make paymentsHowever, you unilaterally ceased all payments made by the business in violation of key terms of the Financing Agreement
That was when we turned your case over to *** * ***, an accounts receivable management firm*** * *** apparently conducted an inquiry into your personal credit history as part of their collections processThis was done without our involvement(We suggest that you contact *** * *** to obtain more information on the action they took related to your case.)
In your inquiry you had said that you did not sign a personal guarantee when you applied for a BlueVine line of credit for your businessThat is an inaccurate statement, according to our recordsWe have a copy of the personal guarantee you signed the same day that the Financing Agreement was executed, upon applying for the BlueVine accountThe truth is that all BlueVine clients are required to sign a personal guarantee before funds are extended to their businesses
We are always ready to answer the questions of current and former BlueVine clientsPlease let us know if you would like to discuss this further with a member of our team
Sincerely,The BlueVine Team

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I was a shareholder with NAR Communications and I did not get this fund myselfThis was signed on behalf of an entity and was used by NAR
I never signed a personal guarantee as I don't have anything tangible or intangible in the USWhy would I sign a personal guarantee when I have nothing and when this is not a personal loan? I'm an MBA graduate business professional woman and I know the laws very wellI will not put myself into a position that may hurt my credit for something that did not belong to me
I deny to be held accountable for a small business loanThe company went down and it's not my mistakeCompanies often go down due to uncollectibles and there is nothing I can doBy coming after me personally, you're ruining my personal life and my future careerYou should go after NAR not meIt was a small business loan, not a personal loan
Please remove the collection report on my personal file from credit bureaus and stop pulling up my credit report without my consent.Sincerely,Rengin ***
