On January 29th my vehicle was damaged by the car wash malfunction On the 29th of January my vehicle was damaged in the car wash I collided with the vehicle in front of me and the attendants had to stop the machine and restart it after re-spacing the behicles in the wash line The machine was restarted and didn't restart without scratching the hood of my truck, bending my antenna and denying the bed of my truck The attendants knew there was an issue and filled out an incident report while assuring me that the owner would be in contact with me I have not heard from him and have been there several times since trying to discuss my issue Every time I have been the employees tell me he is going toAll me and that he doesn't allow them to give out his phone number

I utilized MrBees Carwash on Oct at approximately 5:26pm I drove to the entry point and allowed the mechanical device to move me forward through the "wash cycle" Once cycle was finished I drove to the vaccum area and started drying my vehicle At this time I noticed my rear wiper assembly was completely broken off/missing I told the attendant (manager) and she proceeded to go inside the wash area to retrieve my broken wiper assembly
She reviewed the camera and stated a brush caught my wiper assemblyI explained my concern but to no avail was I assured that "MrBees" would compensate me for my broken item
I did receive an apology which does not negate the fact of having to spend additional hard earned monies to replace an item that was not broken before entering this business

As I am proceeding through the wash I feel a huge push from the back of the car when the car finally came to a stop
As I drive up to MrBees car wash, the worker who is supposed to be directing my car to properly be aligned was in the middle of a conversation but steadily making a hand motion to drive upThat right there lets me know that the employee is not making sure that my tires are aligned which could possibly lead to something getting damagedAs I proceed through the wash, I feel a huge push or jerk from the rear of the vehicle and next thing you know the car is at a stop and I began to blow the hornThe employee runs to the car, directs me to put my window down, and asked if I blew the horn, which is obvious because the car is not moving and everything is at a stop except for the water that is constantly shooting through my window while the employee is steady asking questionsNext, the employee directs me to put the car in drive (I'm still in the tunnel & not on the trac
