The lady complaining was rude to my oldest son while on her way that morning getting directions over the phone I happened to be standing next to him at the timeMyself and Kevin M [redacted] did not let Sean M [redacted] know of thisUpon her arrival at the dock she was rude to Sean and other customersSean told here this was not the trip for her because we would all be traveling together on a foot tour boat and there would be plus a crew of unless she could change her attitudeShe agreed we departed and we did see wildlife something our trip is all aboutFor us to get everyone a view we do turn the boat around it is slow and smoothShe did say she felt uneasy and my crew Kevin W [redacted] did tell her the further back she sat in the boat the less that should bother her not to make her sit in the back but to make her more comfortableShe was never treated differently than anyone else or made to feel uncomfortableWhile at [redacted] she found a manager there to confront about their service, we have been doing business w/ [redacted] for five years the crew does get a free meal that is usual when you bring them people a day during the busy seasonWe can tell you the service at [redacted] is always good as is the foodWe always do our best to make everyone's experience an enjoyable one in this case I wish Sean would have stuck to his fist decision to not let her go as she made it a bad experience for others on our boatOne couple did write us a note stating what they saw

She agreed we departed and we did see wildlife something our trip is all about. For us to get everyone a view we do turn the boat around it is slow and smooth. She did say she felt uneasy and my crew Kevin W[redacted] did tell her the further back she sat in the boat the less that should bother her not to make her sit in the back but to make her more comfortable. She was never treated differently than anyone else or made to feel uncomfortable. While at [redacted] she found a manager there to confront about their service, we have been doing business w/ [redacted] for five years the crew does get a free meal that is usual when you bring them 40 people a day during the busy season. I find it disgusting that Blue Water and two veterans are claiming I am lying and insane. Blue Water lied to me about a refund and patronized me when asked to express myself. I will not recommend them to anyone. I ask the 2 veterans not to cry to the Phoenix [redacted] or stir up controversy that way. I expected this lack of integrity from the Captain and his shipmate.
