scores.  I paid for all the costs of credit reports and spent a lot of time to try and help this couple.   They have low credit scores as the result of not properly managing their debt.   The complainant advised when I should repull credit based on when she paid off debt.  When we pulled the credit again the accounts had not posted the payments.   So the scores did not increase to the point of being able to help.  Then the interest rates also increased and made a tough loan not financially conducive to refinancing their mortgage.    We did not charge her any fees in an effort to help this couple.   We looked at possible solutions with her husband at the office.  We tried to help someone to the best of our ability and then she files a complaint.   Not sure what a person can do when you try to help and then they get mad.  I have been lending for 17 years and had only one complaint during that time.   And that complaint was on an employee of mine.
