You will meet at the library, other random locations and she will lie and tell you the books are on back order. There are no materials!!! She will tell you she has contacts all over the mid-south and has worked for all the well known places one in this field one want to work in. Not true either. If you do more research, her phone number produces other names-[redacted] from[redacted] that has a hair business here. Also at one point she tried to operate an at home daycare. Do NOT give her money. The[redacted] ave is not her address. There is no office.She goes by [redacted]. I provide a Pharmacy Technician Certification Study Group for the Pharmacy Technician National Certificatiin Exam. I am a approved Education Advocate who has since then been placed on suspension until this criminal accusation is resolved. My services do not required a physical location and I do have a virtual office and rent conference room space that is very expensive for each study group to be comfortable. I do not have an offic[redacted] and deceided that renting a space there was not in my interest. Our first class was at the public library on May 17, 2014 because we are a study group and used the free study group space available at the [redacted] library. The remainder classes were scheduled and booked for meeting at [redacted] where I was arrested. My other professions has nothing to do with this matter as they are personal and it clearly shows this persons immaturity and personal interest to try and sabbotage me. She coached a few students into providing statements to th police to have be charged with some type of scammer or a person who has taken peoples money. I have not taken anyones money. She had the class interupted with her personal feelings and not one time did she request fir a refund. Instead she continued to come to the class for 4 weeks and we had only one class left before the end. Their commencement gathering was schduked and everyone was also going to try to test for the PTCB the first weeks of July 2014. This individual has put the whole class at a hault and until after my court date I can not continue. Once this court date us up, we will proceed with the class. My attorney and the MOD has all of my educational background, credentials, and information necessary for me to conduct thus study group. I never ran off with anyones money and each student were told on the first intial class that this was a study group and we are studying to take the natiional Pharmacy Technician Exam. You do not have to attend a school for 10 months in order to sit for this Natiinal Certification exam and that is Fast Track Study Group is optional. Each student knew this and were fine with the class. This individual started on the third out of five classes rounding up students and trying to have them go against the study group. Several students warned me and provided personal statements about this persons feeling but never did she approach me. I would have simply refunded her or showed her documentation to ease her comfort level. Her accusations about me being a fraud or scammer is a defamation of my character.Not the whole class in totality feels this way.II am not mad or angry about this ordeal because I feel ultimately GOD will handle her. She hs created a great deal of chaos in my personal life and could have simply requested a refund instead of harassing me daily or investigating my personal life. This clearly shows a bored, lonely, or psychological challenged individual. GOD help her!
