I had this home built and bought in march of 2013. Since purchasing the home, there have been issues the company has still not repaired.I have filed warrant work complaints since purchasing the property but I have had little success in get warranty work complete in a timely fashion. My first compliant in April 2013 regarding my floors which squeak really bad and after sending repairmen out tei months later the floor squeaks worse. I have also had issues with electrical issues in the garage with wire exposed and they are still not repaired after 8 months. In addition to that, my roof has a leak, my hardwood floors are coming up and spacing apart, my speakers on my outdoor living are not working and there is paint work incomplete. This company has been very slow to stand behind their products and don't seem to care about customer concerns. There is a fight to get [redacted] to do what they are suppose too. I would not advise anyone to purchase any property or homes from this builder because customer are left waiting months for repairs. I do have photos, emails and text messages between [redacted] as well as customer service regarding my concerns. Please help with this before someone else becomes a victim.Desired SettlementAddress and repair warranty work in a timely fashion and RIGHT. Thanks [redacted] Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Although the squeaky person repaired the floor more areas continue to show up as well as the in the buckling of the carpet. As soon as the repair man completed his repairs other areas are squeaking. Next, the speaker that was suppose to be replaced has not and the hardwood floors have not been repaired. The roof was fixed and the outlet cover was as well but the painters did not return to paint the master bathroom so I had to pay someone to repair it. There is a lot of incomplete work left to be done and it should have been done before now. The guy that repaired the squeaky floors is the best contractor they. I am STILL waiting for warranty repair work. warraaFinal Business Response We are redoing Mr. [redacted]'s entire hardwood flooring, new speaker is ordered, and install scheduled Friday. The painter tried to schedule an appointment with Mr. [redacted] however he had conflicted schedules & hired his own painter. I checked with Mr. [redacted] to see if he is satisfied with all warranty completion, he stated he had a few minor issues however at this point all is well (please see below).
