this company built a website for me 3 years ago,setting it up using their formulas and expertise.the website has for some reason blocked me out from administration,meaning I can no longer edit my website,which is crucial to having the site.I have called and e-mailed them no less than 12 times pleading with them to service my website,as no one else can do so.I am not asking for anything to be done for free,I know there will be charges. without their help I will have to hire a developer to start from scratch.this is bad business when they refuse to even contact me.please file my complaint and see if they will help me. respectfully, [redacted]Desired Settlementplease contact me and provide service needed or recommend someone who can service the website they created.
