I am rejecting this response because: The fleas have been an issue and my child is allergic to insect bitesI reached out on 11/28, 12/times with no response and went to the management office on 12/with a promise of a call back and STILL no responseIt is unprofessional and unacceptable to tell a tenant who is paying to live their that they have to wait so many days for an issue of this magnitude to be resolvedI have also found other complaints against management and maintenance about issues not being resolved in a timely mannerSomeone coming out day early does not satisfy me wheb i've been trying to get in contact with the office since Saturday! To Whom It May Concern:On behalf of the team at Bluff House Townhomes, we apologize for the inconvenience Ms*** has encountered since her move in. There has been a manager change at this location and I fear her concerns were not properly addressed.We have a contract with a pest
control company and are happy to schedule her apartment for service on December 3, 2014 and a re-inspection their next regular service date. Our records shows that emergency services was rendered on 11/26/with a follow up scheduled for 12/4/2014. Please know we are hopeful to resolve this situation and that our residents’ concerns are of great importance to us. Should Ms*** wish to contact the new manager, please do not hesitate to contact the office. Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because: *** and *** *** both have gone in several times and demanded for the security deposit backTHE MANAGER promises weeks ago she would write out a check to *** *** to ### north 11st flagler bch fl 32136.I believe that the bluff house are crooks and are planning on keeping my moneyI have wrote ** *** *** and ive also wrote the *** *** *** *** and lodged a complaint along with hiring the law office of *** ***...and if I dont recieve my refund within one weekI will be taking you to small claims court...I will not stop until I get my full secuity depoist backThe Bluff house is against the law! You had days and you havent retured the deposit.*** ***##########Ps- *** and I have been in the office several times asking for the deposit back...The Bluff house has both mine and *** phone number just in case...They have no excuess why I cant get my money back on a until that wasnt available

I reached out on 11/28, 12/1 2 times with no response and went to the management office on 12/2 with a promise of a call back and STILL no response. It is unprofessional and unacceptable to tell a tenant who is paying to live their that they have to wait so many days for an issue of this magnitude to be resolved. I have also found other complaints against management and maintenance about issues not being resolved in a timely manner. Someone coming out 1 day early does not satisfy me wheb i've been trying to get in contact with the office since Saturday!
