Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:All of the information is in correctAs per the first notice provide by the office, I was given one (1) days notice to clear and clean all cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms to which I complied to their short noticePlease be advised that all of the notice come short and slim to none making it hard for proper complianceNone the less for the working residents as it is not only a requirement as a resident but generally all individuals whom need to liveOffice closes early on short notice and as an hourly working class person, leaving work early to get to the office before they close only to get there and they have closed early is Not only inconsiderate but inconvenient as though they are not open on weekends to assist with matters. As per the second notice again, it was posted the day before the said treatment and I did not comply as such short notice did not allow adequate timeThe third time, I wasn't aware that they were coming and only knew that they had been in my apartment was because of the mice bait they had left on the side of my refrigerator. I received a notice on 12/stating that they would be in my apartment and again on 12/to clear and clean all cabinets in the kitchen and bathroomsAgain, last minute and I will not have the time to do so.While they found roach on the bait stick, I have killed a handful walking across my floors and climbing up the walls. Again, my request isn't just for my personal matter as pest move around accordinglyMy request is simply a part and treat all units adequately and not just when someone has complained or staff may have seen them In common areasAlso treat the building and it's surroundings to help with the matter. It's no fun that my son is playing in his home, on the floor and can barely see the pests due to the faux floor wood and the color of the pestsI am constantly sweeping and mopping due to this concern and the fear that I am missing something I personally "fogged" and sprayed my home and I believe I'm seeing better results due to the dual control.
Sincerely,

Good Evening, I am writing in regards to the attached complaint from [redacted], resident at Bluff Lake Apartments, and pest issues in her unit managed by [redacted]. [redacted]’s unit, #[redacted], received treatment for roaches on 11/17/2017 by [redacted]. At that...

time, the unit was not prepared for pest treatment per notices posted by [redacted] Property Management. The unit did, however, show signs of previously having roaches but no current live activity. On this 11/17 visit, the baseboards were treated, as well as behind the refrigerator and oven, and Colorado Pest Management also baited the cabinets in the unit. The unit was again inspected 2 weeks later per Colorado Pest Management’s protocol (units are not treated 2 weeks apart) on 12/1/2017 for roaches and mice. On this day, the unit was partially prepared per the notices posted by management. Colorado Pest Management caught one roach on the glue trap placed on 11/17,  and found no other signs of activity. Colorado Pest Management once again treated behind the refrigerator and oven, baited the cabinets, set a bait station for mice by the refrigerator. Please let me know if you have any further questions.  Thanks! Monica A[redacted]Area Manager of Operations
