We lived at Bluff Spring Townhomes for yearsTo sum it up, save your money and rent somewhere newerWe paid $60/month in water since its allocatedPaid no less than $200/month in electric bills as the ac, thermostat, and insulation is poorThe maintenance staff works at different properties as well so they aren't there full time so work orders take forever to get completed and make every excuse to not fix something or the repairs are done poorlyThere was a raccoon trap placed in our basement and left to be forgottenFinally the smell was so bad only to find a dead rotten raccoon left in the trapThe office is only open mon-fri which isn't helpful for people who work mom-friThe office staff changes every weekNo one in the office knows the answer to any questions asked except the manager who is running different properties so she is never there nor does she return calls or emailsWe moved out on 1/31/and still have not gotten the final answers to our move out statement chargesI even went as far to contact the Regional Manager for this property through CapstoneI called him several times and left voicemails and heard nothing backSave your time and stress from this placeCapstone has proved itself not worthy and the customer service is terrible
