Bluffs West Apartments, The

Owner [redacted] - BAC Enterprises LLC - does not authorize hardly any repairs on the property. In my apartment I have several issues including no hot water most of the day. Now this is a problem due to the fact we have radiator heaters in each apt. [redacted] has brought in a new property manager, [redacted], who has now admitted to residence that he lowered the flow of water to the boilers to save money. There have been several reports to the manager and staff about apartments being cold while it is below zero outside. The issues continue with some apartments reporting bed bugs and the residence being told they have to provide their own solution. This is the worst place I have ever lived and if I could afford to break my lease, I would move immediately.
