Mrs*** arrived in our office unannounced and asked for assistance in completing the paperwork for her GAP claimDespite having no obligation to do so, we completed all of the information on her behalfThe information, including a copy of her contract was sent to the GAP companyShould
the GAP company need something further from BlueFin, we will be happy to obligeIf they need additional information from Mrs***, she will need to provide it herself, including a copy of the contract which she would have received at the time she purchased the vehicle

In regards to complaint *** for Mr*** ***. Mr*** has an overage of $on his account the first representative he spoke with recognized this and offered for him to pay his payment less this overage. The second representative he spoke with did not recognize
this overage and asked him to make his full payment. I have spoken to Mr*** and explained this, he understands the miscommunication and considers the issue resolved.Thank you
