We dealt DIRECTLY with *** *** *** and he DID NOT provide us with a receipt

I have spoken with *** and the story above is not the actual events*** transmission was brought into us for an estimate by his fatherWe tore down the transmission, inspected it and offered an estimate and offered a remanufactured
unitHis father discussed it with *** and called us to tell us he wanted a remanThen *** called on 7/and spoke directly with Mr***He declined the reman, but he and Mr*** agreed to repair his core for $1,We proceeded to complete the job and called to let him know it was ready on 7/He said he would be in to pick it up on July 31st and confirmed that we had re-used his old case, which he was happy aboutBetween 7/and 8/he was called three times by *** and immediately hung up the phone when *** identified himselfWhen *** was able to finally get in touch with him on 8/10, he said he could not afford it and just wanted his core backI then immediately called him and spoke to him directly and informed him his core is now repaired and the $will be requiredI also informed him that cores were getting hard to find for that model and were approximately $if he now just wanted to buy a coreI went further to try and assist *** and offered to help with a payment planHe then hung up on meI called the caller ID number right back and told him we must have gotten disconnected, I further informed him of the posted policy of a storage charge of $15/day starting days after notification and that the property reverts to us to resell in days as per that policyHe said he would try and figure something out

When I spoke with *** personally on the phone, I CONFIRMED everything from our notes regarding the events and conversations which is all in my statement
*** has no other option at this point but to pay for the rebuilt transmission plus storage from July 27th (the date of notice it was ready - when he said he'd be here that Friday) or buy a core from somewhere else
We will accept cash only from ***
