Review: My wife & I were married this past September and booked [redacted] to do hair & make up. I was very disappointed with the level of service provided and well as her professionalism. My wife feels like she cant say anything and after numerous complaints from the bridal party I felt obligated to step & report.We booked [redacted] and one assistant to do the 7 hair and make ups for the day. [redacted] called off her assistant so she could take full profit for the day and failed to complete all 7 of the girls hair and make up & demanded to be paid for all services, even if unfulfilled. When my wife asked if she could call someone in on the day of the wedding to help, [redacted] refused. In her contract there is absolutely nothing that states that services unrendered had to be paid. It only mentions cancellations, which NONE were made on our part. She did not finished the bride's hair, a bridesmaid's hair, and the bride's tattoo make-up services she paid for. On top of the unpaid services, she was extremely unprofessional. She was rude to many of the bridesmaids and refused to do hair styles that were requested. I mean she walked into the room the morning of and told my wife to smoke weed to make her feel better from her hangover. My wife doesn't smoke so when she told [redacted] this she responded by saying "it would be a good day to start"!!! I don't appreciate her promoting illegal behavior, especially when we were married at my place of work! She killed the mood for my wife and girls on her wedding day and blamed the bridesmaids and my wife for her lack of service which I thought was appalling. The bride paid over $100 to have her hair curled and tossed to the side, something she could have done herself for free. No amount of money refunded can take back the the awful mood the day of the wedding that [redacted] evoked. [redacted] said spiteful and malicious things about the bride to the girls causing mental abuse and broken friendships on her wedding.I can proved pictures, contacts, and testimonies to support.Desired Settlement: I demand to be refunded for services not received by the artist (roughly $165 worth) and I hope to caution any potential client in the future to the unprofessional, illegal, and abusive behavior they will encounter with this vendor.
