Our policy states that there is no refund for color services performedOur reason is we take great care in ensuring that the best products are usedOur pricing reflects the amount of products we use, quantity and qualityThere is no set price as it is solely dependent on clients hair and the
service being performedI was present during the service performed on the client in question qand made sure that our salon performed services to the best of their abilityIn this case, the client wanted an unrealistic red colorThe color we gave her was not as bright as what she wanted but we told her that was to be expectedWe normally do corrections when needed but in this case, if client wants a lighter color, she will need to pay for the service since we already performed session one accurately and ethicallyWe take our business and clients seriously and take extra steps to ensure they are happyIn this case, there was nothing further we could have done to ensure her satisfactionWe are beauticians not magicians
