Thanks for letting us know about the issue (ID [redacted] )We would like to provide our explanation about this issue According to the customer’s statement of problem, we did recall there was an issue on June 05, about the priceHowever, we are really confident with our price list and we are also very sure that all of our employees will tell the price before we start all of our servicesWe will always make sure that our customers understand our service’s price before we proceed In the statement, the customer mentioned about the Shellac Mani N Pedi for $that is incorrectIn the price list (Attached below), it clearly stated that Shellac Mani N Shellac Pedi is $70, and Shellac Mani N Regular Pedi is $And if the customer wants a shellac pedicure, we will emphasize the service is $again before we start our services For the customer’s daughter service, as shown in the price list below, the regular spa pedicure is $and she got acrylic full set on her hands for $ In addition, she requested to have shellac polish on top of the set, which will cost an additional $So for her daughter’s services, the total cost is $Since they have a $gift certificate that makes the balance to be $ For her daughter’s services, our technician kept making sure that every step are right and satisfied by the customerAnd the customer was really satisfied and very happy with every single step until the end of the serviceShe didn’t mention any unhappy or unsatisfied with anything at all However, during the checkout, her mother just request to have a discount for the services mentioning that our technician didn’t do a good job on her daughter’s serviceThus, we tried to ask her daughter about the non-satisfaction about her nails, but she didn’t say a word about itWe tried to explain all our services are non-refundable and we will try our best to fix the problem until the customer satisfies with itHowever, her mother just starts to argue and refuse to pay for the servicesWe tried our best to fix anything but she just refuse and want a free serviceAnd when we tried to fix for her daughter’s nails, her daughter just ran away and disappear and just left her mother asking for the free services From the statement, they mentioned “I asked for a discount because the service was done so poorly and because they were extremely busy that I knew they would not be able to redo them” is incorrectAlthough we were busy, we tried to explain and tried to ask for fixing their nails, but they just keep asking for free services and refuse for us to fix the nailsWe would really willing to use the time to fix the nails rather than explaining our policyAfter a while of explaining our policies, we decided to help her daughter to take off the acrylic on her nails because they keep refusing us to fix her nailsBut she just refuses for us to take off her nails and all she wants is just free services We hope that you can understand our situationWe would like to do our best to all the customersAnd so far there are no issues to any other customer about our prices and services Again, thanks for your time and work Sincerely, [redacted] Owner [redacted]

According to the customer’s statement of problem, we did
recall there was an issue on June 05, 2015 about the price. However, we...

really confident with our price list and we are also very sure that all of our
employees will tell the price before we start all of our services. We will
always make sure that our customers understand our service’s price before we
proceed.
In the statement, the customer mentioned about the Shellac
Mani N Pedi for $55.00 that is incorrect. In the price list (Attached below),
it clearly stated that Shellac Mani N Shellac Pedi is $70, and Shellac Mani N
Regular Pedi is $55. And if the customer wants a shellac pedicure, we will emphasize
the service is $70 again before we start our services.
For the customer’s daughter service, as shown in the price
list below, the regular spa pedicure is $30 and she got acrylic full set on her
hands for $30.  In addition, she
requested to have shellac polish on top of the set, which will cost an
additional $15. So for her daughter’s services, the total cost is $75. Since
they have a $40 gift certificate that makes the balance to be $130.
For her daughter’s services, our technician kept making sure
that every step are right and satisfied by the customer. And the customer was
really satisfied and very happy with every single step until the end of the
service. She didn’t mention any unhappy or unsatisfied with anything at all.
However, during the checkout, her mother just request to have a discount for

busy, we tried to explain and tried to ask for fixing their nails, but they
just keep asking for free services and refuse for us to fix the nails. We would
really willing to use the time to fix the nails rather than explaining our
policy. After a while of explaining our policies, we decided to help her
daughter to take off the acrylic on her nails because they keep refusing us to
fix her nails. But she just refuses for us to take off her nails and all she wants
is just free services.
We hope that you can understand our situation. We would like
to do our best to all the customers. And so far there are no issues to any
other customer about our prices and services.
