As Blush fully st [redacted] behind our warranty, we offer warranty for up to years on qualified items, however, we have limitations this warranty which include replacement of the original product purchased, we reassure all our customers that all our products are inspected and tested prior to reshipping replacements, as we value and honor all our customersWe understand the issue, however this item is a very popular item and we do stand behind our warranty as a company, however due to the circumstance, we are always trying our best to take care all our customer needs and happiness even at a loss we would support and make efforts to all our customers.However, we tend to encounter fraudulent customers from time to time as we make the warranty process seamless where they may think it’s an easy way of getting an additional product or easy way of trying a totally new item without the expense of buying another however, our policy clearly states warranty is available for an replacement of the original product purchasedWe have taken measures to ensure that our customers receive the best and have proven results that our products are tested before sending and its only way of being damaged is by abuse so as our right we choose not to fulfill another warranty, given the steps of our procedure, we go through each circumstances as our team evaluates and will go through and answer each case by case to ensure the best outcome of all situations Thank you for your time.Blush Novelties

I contacted Blush Novelties January 30th to get a product replacement per their 90 day warranty period. I filled out all the necessary forms on the warranty page. It is now March 2nd, and only a few days ago, after threatening to seek other recourse if I could not get a replacement for my defective product, even though it did not say this anywhere on the warranty page, they FINALLY told me that I had to send in my defective product to receive a replacement. They don’t even have the mailing address where you can return the product anywhere that I could see on website, but especially not on the warranty page. I think they are trying to wait me out until the warranty period is over. This company sends out faulty products, has no customer service number number, has incomplete information about how to go through the warranty replacement process, and when their customer service does choose to get in touch with you at all, it’s in an internment, inconsistent fashion. This company is sketchy and I don’t know if they should be in business at all with their shoddy, shady, and inappropriate business practices.

No where on any communication or packaging does it say that they will only replace the defective item one timeSince this item broke twice within one month, I feel they have an obligation to correct defective merchandise that they are selling to the publicNot once has any one communicated to me that they only intended to replace the item onceThey were paid for the item and I paid for my item and it does not hold up to the purchase priceI feel that there should be lemon laws to protect consumers from companies like this that know they are selling inferior products and getting away with stealing people's moneyThey took on the responsibility of the warranty, then they need to honor that responsibility or refund me my money.

Our company prides itself on our customer service and to the extent that we did not mean the customer's expectation in this case, we certainly do apologize. Upon researching the issue, there were two reasons why this replacement order has taken so long to process. First, we note that the
customer had a PO Box return address requested, and generally we do not ship replacement orders to PO BoxesSecond, the specific item that this customer returned for a replacement was on back-order and has subsequently been discontinuedIn this instance, we will be substituting a similar product from our new Aria line.We should have communicated these issues to this customer and we apologize that did not happenWe know this to be an aberration rather than the norm. The tracking number for this warranty replacement claim is *** *** *** *** *** **

They are doing nothing to resolve the issue of the broken unit, & upholding the year warranty The terms on-line do not say anything about "limit one return" Items maybe "battery function tested" before shipping, but when used, they may not be able to withstand the "internal pressure" of the use The failure happened when the rotating function & vibration were both used causing an overload or short The above statement comes off as a book read response, nothing has changed and nothing is offered as help to resolve the issue I only want what is fair and just in this situationA COMPARABLE replacement or my money back for what I deem as an inferior product Blush Novelties says they stand behind their products and warrenty, well then prove it!

[Your Answer Here]I did not go through the website for the return, I used the address on the packaging. I did not require a RMA for the first replacement so you are already lying. You should have returned the product the second time with an explanation of your policy instead of ignoring and assuming that everyone uses your website. If you are not going to replace the item, then I expect it to be returned to me. If you are unable to do this, then you need to replace or refund the product. You are not getting away with stealing my money by hiding behind your policy on a website that most people who purchased the product from a retailer will never see.
