She came to get her hair done. She came and didn't have the hair. I booked everything through Styleseat. There was a cancellation policy on there. She left to get her hair at 3:and she didn't come back until 3:50. I had to pick up my kids and I had to make
arrangements to get them picked up. The hair she bought was thick and I was trying to make it manageable. She wouldn't cooperate for me and I told her I couldn't do anything unless she cooperated. I told her I was trying my best and she had a choice not to let me finish. She told me that she didn't want me to do her hair. I went out of my way to accommodate her since she was a first time customer even though she was rude to me. I charged her $for cancelling. That is the policy that is listed on my website. I sent her the email stating this. She inconvenienced me

I am rejecting this response because: I'm not concerned with her response at this point. This woman obviously lacks skill, professionalism, and the ability to properly communicate and tell the truth. I was content with her not doing my hair, my main concern was properly getting all of my money refunded back to me. It logically does not make any sense for a stylist to charge a client a cancellation fee when the client showed up to the appointment. Then, for this woman to withdraw money from my account without my consent and/or knowledge is just fraudulent activity. If she was going to do that, she should have informed me before I left her salon and not wait until after I leaveThere is absolutely no justification for that, which is why I filed a fraudulent claim with my bank about a month ago when it occurred. My money was deposited back into my account so I do not see a need to continue discussing this matter. I just know now not to ever go to that salon again nor would I recommend her to anybody
