Your complaint deals with not knowing when the time of the Pre-Scare Dinner was posted. I have attached a copy of the webpage showing the times and prices...

Though our sales manager was correct in denying your request for a refund, I will re-consider and offer you a refund on the meal purchase due to the meal time not being clearly displayed on your admission ticket.Since you did use your admission ticket to enter the park for the Fright Night experience and as you can see from the webpage the cost of the meal was $25.00,I will be processing you a refund of $50 for the two meals you did not receive.
