Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:When they are here they are miles an hourYes I did sign paperwork that they don't explainThey just show you where to sign as fast as possibleThe floor was not dry so the discount was warrantedAlso customer service is horrible it is not just the dryness of the job that was done in adequatelyTrying to get customer service on the phone or the manager or anybody to discuss a customers dissatisfaction is something blue sky restoration is not interested inThey don't care to see their customer's to a hundred percent satisfaction, Just to their satisfactionThey have discounted invoice their managers approvedIf they're going to go back and change what they've already done this complaint will get so much longerBasically stay away from BluSky restorationThey'll spend more time & energy trying to defend themselves than take care of customers Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response becauseThe floor was not dry to fare levels I have attached a copy of the moisture levels approximately days after Blusky said they were done. Other restoration companies said they would not have left the floor in that wet moist condition like blusky didThe discount on Bluskys invoice was short of a joke, less than 7%. I tried to communicate with blusky on many many several occasions leaving voicemails, text messages, emailsCraig Guest, Jonathan and woman in charge of my billing never would call back to communicate any kind of customer service what so ever. But now that I went on the Revdex.com and made my complaints public they're very interested to respond in a very quickly mannerLike I said good at defending themselves bad at customer serviceWith better customer service they wouldn't have to spend as much time defending themselves.
Any other pictures or evidence you need to prove bluskys negligence let me know.

Thank you for your responseAttached are the moisture logs for this project, they show the floor reading at 15% which matched the dry standard for the home. In attempting to resolve this matter we reduced the bill from the original $1,to $1,414.18. Please let me know if you have any further questions, I am happy to address them directly @ ***

We are sorry the customer feels they have had a bad experienceWe have moisture drying logs that were taken with moisture meter that show the affected areas were dry and can provide these upon requestAdditionally, the customer signed a Certificate of Completion at the end of the of project, which
is attachedBased on these two items an invoice reduction is not warrantedPlease let us know if there is any additional information needed

The floor was not dry so the discount was warranted. Also customer service is horrible it is not just the dryness of the job that was done in adequately. Trying to get customer service on the phone or the manager or anybody to discuss a customers dissatisfaction is something blue sky restoration is not interested in. They don't care to see their customer's to a hundred percent satisfaction, Just to their satisfaction. They have discounted invoice their managers approved. If they're going to go back and change what they've already done this complaint will get so much longer. Basically stay away from BluSky restoration. They'll spend more time & energy trying to defend themselves than take care of customers.
