11/16/Response to case #Blusky Restoration made our initial contact with Mr and Mrs [redacted] on 2/26/when The [redacted] signed our work authorization formAfter the initial signing it is our standard procedure to schedule repairs with the customerseveral attempts were made by BluSky to schedule these repairsMrs [redacted] had stated that she had become ill and did not want us to begin until she was readyWe made several more attempts in the following weeksOn 3/20/a note was entered into our internal system at BluSky showing that scheduling had still been difficult but that Mrs [redacted] had agreed to allow us to begin on 3/25/This was then rescheduled again per her requestOn 4/3/another note was entered in our system indicated that a supplement to the original repairs be added and approved by the insurance company before BluSky could proceedBluSky contacted the insured adjuster on the claim and added the items that Mrs [redacted] had inquired about with the approval from the claims adjusterOn 4/10/another note was added to our system stating that we were still unable to get a firm date scheduled to start the repairs and that we only had at that point a tentative start date of 4/15/On 4/16/BluSky met with Mrand Mrs [redacted] at a Home Depot store to purchase product that they had selected for the repairsOn 4/20/BluSky began the repairs and on 4/23/the repairs were complete per the approved estimateAll work was completed and Mrs [redacted] signed a completion form on 5/11/stating that all item were completed to satisfaction and there were no corrections neededTo date BluSky Restoration is still not paid in full on this project
