That is a lie no repairs has never been informed to me my attorney sent letters and has called Mr C [redacted] numerous times with no response after having four other companies out to tell me how it needs to be fixed and the pool supply company manager (where Mr C [redacted] purchased the pool at)at my residence all say it can't be fixed properly the only way to fix it is dig up the work that has been done and start overAs for bashing him and his business I stated the facts with pictures on his company social media pages so no one else has to go thru this like I haveI've gotten a threatening text message from Mr C [redacted] on April saying he's going to file harassment charges on me for filing complaints with the Revdex.com and the Ohio attorney generals office

We understand that mistakes happen but we do not accept his responseWe just had a licensed plumber in yesterday to fix the problemThe plumber said water pressure going in the house is going to be at hits' highest, water flowing in the house is lowerThe plumber said Mr*** did not install a stiffener, a 3/" brass straw which fits tightly inside the reverse osmosis intakeThe plumber said you can't put plastic alone in thereThe plumber showed me the water pressure on the outside, and said this will be the highest pressure you have, the more pipes it has to go through the lower the pressure Mr*** did not do a water pressure test, he did not suggest a water pressure reducer until after the damage occurred nor did he install the stiffenerHe was here on the 17th, and he looked at the hose and the brass fitting, and made no changehe offered to reinstall the hose into the fittingAnd he reached up and went to put the same fitting back inWe asked him not to, because we wanted to find out why it happenedHe said ok, and didn't install itMr*** was here on the 17th After the 17th, his response was first that his insurance company requested a "pressure test" done (that was on March 21, he came on the 22nd around am to take the Pressure test (results from Mr *** were verbal to my husband and myselfoutside, at RO intake and you will see my questions in the original complaint) then we had to call, text and almost demand an answer after that which came in a text after pm on the 28th (and our further questions/conversation on the 29th).My insurance agent said the damages should go through his agency. We are hoping to resolve this amicablyOur monetary damages are estimated as follows:-Service master for water damage $1,900-new carpet as back is coming off old carpet $3,100-plumber $438.12We are open to negotiating a settlement, or it needs to be submitted to his insurance company
The drinking water system was installed on 9-22-16. The system has been issue free and working properly. At sometime the house water pressure exceeded the pressure limits of the water valve. I advised the homeowners to have a pressure reducing valve and an expansion tank installed to avoid...
future issues. I have been in this business since 2003 and have never checked pressure before an install. Nor do I know of ANY company that would. Plumbing is expected to be operational and up to code.
That is a lie no repairs has never been informed to me my attorney sent letters and has called Mr C[redacted] numerous times with no response after having four other companies out to tell me how it needs to be fixed and the pool supply company manager (where Mr C[redacted] purchased the pool at)at my residence all say it can't be fixed properly the only way to fix it is dig up the work that has been done and start over. As for bashing him and his business I stated the facts with pictures on his company social media pages so no one else has to go thru this like I have. I've gotten a threatening text message from Mr C[redacted] on April 20 saying he's going to file harassment charges on me for filing complaints with the Revdex.com and the Ohio attorney generals office.
