We received our package on Saturday Jan The business did not email, call or even send us anything as a tracking number to let us know the package was on its way

We reshipped the package back out and have two delivery dates *** 2nd day *** Delivered 1/8/and again *** *** delivered 1/20/

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received ANY refund as of 4/23/2015. I also have sent numerous requests to have BLV Brands management to contact me and have NOT received any contact. I have written proof of all the emails from BLV Brands and yet no merchandise or refund. This company has committed theft and fraud in my opinion. This company has absolutely NO accountability.

As an update to the complaint that I filed, today I received the merchandise that I ordered.  While I am pleased that I finally received it, I am still not pleased with the company that I ordered it from.  Thanks for your help in this matter
