Review: I am on the board with Roseville Jr Tigers, which is a non-profit youth organization. I was in charge of booster this season. We place a small order of five different items with this company in July. Within two weeks we got two of the shirts. Once of which the order was wrong. I called the owner and left a message. She stated she would drive to my house and add the items that were missing for the one item. We set up a time and she then back out of it and stated she would send us free shirts for the error. We ended up getting 5 shirts two weeks later. We still had three items outstanding with her. I had to keep sending messages to get status of these shirts. We had already paid in full for the order. She finally sent one of our other items, which these were incorrect as well. She sent us a refund for the one of the two remaining items. The last shirt were sent again the wrong item we ordered. I called her and said that she needs to send a prepaid envelope to send the shirts back and refund us the shirts because our season is now over. We are now in November still no refund for the product. Will not answer my calls or messages. This has been going on for three months. Still has not been resolved.Desired Settlement: We would like $150 refund for shirts that we could have sold at our games. This would have been money for our program.
