The Conifer firewood in question was ordered by Blake [redacted] and was delivered on October Both Mr [redacted] and his partner were in attendance at the date of delivery When Mr [redacted] placed the order, it was explained to him that the firewood had been cut and split for over one yearIt was also explained to him that the firewood had been uncovered and exposed to the rain Mr [redacted] indicated that his firebox was inches wide and that he wanted pieces that were inches, or less, in lengthThe firewood that was delivered, on October 27, was inches or less in length On November 1, six days after delivery was made, Mr [redacted] called to say that the wood was wet and that the pieces were too long for his firebox He also said that he could get firewood from some place on Beacon Hill for less money On November 1, I personally was burning, in my fireplace, the same kind of firewood from the same pile that was delivered to Mr [redacted] I had no problem in getting the wood to burn I also checked with [redacted] , [redacted] , and learned that the cost of their firewood is $per cord

On November 1, six days after delivery was made, Mr [redacted] called to say that the wood was wet and that the pieces were too long for his firebox He also said that he could get firewood from some place on Beacon Hill for less money.
On November 1, I personally was burning, in my fireplace, the same kind of firewood from the same pile that was delivered to Mr [redacted]. I had no problem in getting the wood to burn.
I also checked with [redacted], and learned that the cost of their firewood is $315 per cord.
