which time he was adjusted and charged forHe went on to cuss me out at which time I told him he could not speak to me that way and that I was hanging up if he continued, which he did, and then I did hang upHe did not give me a chance to discuss anything with him, he was only calling to complain and cussHis charge has been written off and his account in our office has been closedHe has never paid but if we receive payment from him, it will be returned by mail
