I agree with this customer they are due a $50 reservation guarantee from UHAUL . We are willing to help them with the Process to get there credit from Uhaul. It is just unfortunate that they did not make this right with the customer at time of pick up. I do not agree with our Revdex.com file being hit with...
the complaint but am totally ok with getting this resolved. In our minds this is a Uhaul complaint not on of Blystone Towing. As reading the complaint the customer feels the same. As I responded earlier we are totally willing to get them the $50 and if they call in we will do it immediately. Thank you, [redacted]
