I agree with this customer they are due a $50 reservation guarantee from UHAUL . We are willing to help them with the Process to get there credit from Uhaul. the complaint but am totally ok with getting this resolved. In our minds this is a Uhaul complaint not on of Blystone Towing. As reading the complaint the customer feels the same.
