Windows USA went above and beyond to make us one (1) window for our home after a storm blew the original outUnable to find a local supply source, (the original window manufacturer out of business) contacted their sales rep, and they made the exception to manufacture a single windowConstant contact from the time order was placed until it was installed Definitely will use them again
Customers purchasing from this company must be careful. After my husband and I secured financing (12/1/16) and the windows were placed in our home (12/26/16), their finance department had another hard copy of my credit report run with Wells Fargo Bank (12/27/16). Subsequently, they FRAUDULENTLY opened another account in my name without my knowledge, which posted to my credit report on 1/8/17. The second fraudulent account was opened for much more than the actual cost of the windows. It appears that after gaining access to my personal information, they were attempting to be paid twice for the windows. So thankful that I have two credit monitoring services alerting me to the activities of fraudulent businesses such as Windows USA.
