CustomBeeSuits.com was paid for a specific item, sent a different item, and refuse to address the complaint.
In approximately mid-October of 2019, I placed an order with CustomBeeSuits.Com, 227 Mclean Road, Blythewood, South Carolina, 29016, via their website: https://custombeesuits.com/ventilated-suit-or-jacket/. The suit I ordered was the custom-made ventilated beekeeping suit for $219.95. The order number is 939. This payment was accepted by the company on October 27, 2019 from my VISA credit card through the above website. On or about December 5, a bee suit arrived at my home but was not the bee suit I ordered, was not the bee suit on the invoice that accompanied the merchandise, and it did not fit my measurements. The suit that arrived was their cloth version which costs $149.95. I immediately attempted to contact the company with no response. Since then, I have sent several emails to communicate with the company. The has been no response. The address on the invoice is matches Blythewood Bee Company. Also, the label on the bee suit that was sent says Blythewood Bee Company.
My expectation from this company whether it's CustomBeeSuits.com or Blythewood Bee Company is to receive the suit I ordered or return the $219.95.
I'm seeking the custom ventilated bee suit I originally ordered or return the $219.95.
We have not received any communication from Mr. concerning the bee suit. We have not problem making his order correct if we made a mistake. All he needs to do is give us a call. Please have Mr. let us know if he'd like a refund or if he want a replacement for the product. We'll take care of him either way.
