Review: We rented a trailer from B&M Investments on 03/5/2013. We signed a month to month lease. We moved out on May 31, 2013. My lease contract never stated I would not receive a deposit when we moved out. We gave proper notice of our intent to move off the property. Per our lease agreement, deposit is refundable with a 30 day notice. Notice was given on May 1, and we vacated the property on May 31, 2013. The rental was left in the good condition. Cleaning was done as per agreement and upon inspection/walk through I was informed my deposit would be returned. There were no damages and the home was clean along with the yard. At the time we moved into the house, was not clean and trash was in the yard. After the final walk through, I was told by [redacted], I would get my deposit back, deposit should have been returned within 30 days. Per our lease, we signed a month to month lease. Supporting documents will be submitted upon your request. I have made numerous calls to [redacted], Noone has yet to contact me or return my call.Desired Settlement: I would like my deposit refunded as per our agreement.
