B&M Noble Co Reviews (22)
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
With all due respect I have wood floors in my home that are original to the house built in 1947, and still look beautiful. I do not believe this is normal to all wood floors. I am simply asking you to provide me with material to fix the sections of flooring that I feel are defective. For a product the is sold as high end, and the price I payed I would expect more from your company.
The hardwood floors I purchased and installed in my home and manufactured by Noble Hardwoods, Inc. carries a 25 year warranty. The Company was notified of a warranty claim within 5 months of installation of the hardwood floors, which was later verified as a manufacturing issue by an independent flooring expert sent by the Company. Subsequently, the Company acknowledged the validity of the warranty claim (cracks in the wood boards) but has not fixed the problem yet. Management has brought up a few alternative means of correcting the problem (replacing individual boards, replacing the entire floor), but has not acted on any of them. I have spoken to company management many times and written two letters to them. I have even offered to help with the cost of replacing the floor boards but have not heard back from the Company. It is now one year from the initial claim, and the warranty claim is still outstanding.
